    Do you find drinking water as challenging as I do? We hear it all the time: “You should drink at least 2 liters a day”. But TWO WHOLE LITERS?….that’s quite a lot! I don’t know about you but if I’m having a busy day with photo shoots, blogging, household chores, grocery trips,.. it’s difficult to stay hydrated throughout. And let’s be honest, water isn’t the greatest tasting thing out there..

    But infused water is something different. Something about those gorgeous herbs and fruit floating around in your glass is so inviting and delicious that you cannot help but drink it all day long. I mean it. Ever since I’ve incorporated infused waters into my diet I have been drinking way more than I usually do. And lets not forget the benefits of the added vitamins that you are consuming.

    Today I want to share with you 3 different ways to upgrade your water. Don’t take these recipes (if you can actually call this a recipe) too serious. These are merely inspirations for all the unique flavors you can create. I encourage you to try out different flavors. The sky’s the limit. 🙂

    {To get the most flavor, crush the herbs and fruit a bit with the back part of a wooden spoon before adding the water, this helps release their flavor. Infuse for at least an hour before drinking. Add ice cubes if you like.}
