Double Chocolate Banana Bread

Preheat your oven to 180°C or 350°F and coat a bread pan with non stick spray. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir with a whisk. In a separate bowl mash the bananas and add in the eggs stirring with a whisk until well combined. Then add in the buttermilk, vanilla and melted butter and stir until that is also well combined. Pour the dry mixture into the wet and gently stir with a wooden spoon until no flour specs remain. Be careful not to over mix! Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 1h or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Check after 45min and then ever 5min to avoid over baking as oven times may vary.

Soft, sweet and packed with chocolate!
